During all these adventures, I have been refining my skills as a journalist as well as getting involved with the performing arts, specifically the Film, Comedic Improv, and Sketch Comedy. I am working to continue combining my passions for entertainment and storytelling.

I'm Blas Alvarado, a creative and hard-working individual who is honing in my skills in content creation and video production. After growing up near Albuquerque, New Mexico, I joined AmeriCorps which allowed me to travel around the Pacific Coast working as a wildland-firefighter and to live in Boston, Massachusetts, working as an assistant teacher and student mentor. Shortly after I attained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University.
